We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Service Management (ITSM) intern to support the administration, development, and continuous improvement of Parkview's ServiceNow platform and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. This role will assist with platform configuration, workflow development, incident and request management optimization, reporting, and end-user support while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, and will be able to translate business requirements into intuitive, automated service delivery experiences. In terms of specific projects, the intern will be tasked with designing, building, and maintaining ITSM catalog items, forms, and request components to support service intake processes. Additionally, the intern will ensure that catalog items align with service definitions, user requirements, and ITSM best practices. The intern will also be required to develop client scripts, UI policies, data lookups, and form logic to enhance the request experience within the ServiceNow platform.
