About The Position

Glatfelter IT – Technical Services, a division of Glatfelter Insurance Group, is seeking a Summer Intern who will assist in building out of our ServiceNow program. The day-to-day tasks may include:

Building out and providing validation of the CMDB (device inventory system) in ServiceNow
Work with security/infrastructure and business analysis to build out application inventory

Requirements

• Completion of sophomore year in an information science, management information systems, business administration or related technical curriculum at an accredited college or university
• Achievement of a 3.0 or higher-grade point average
• Someone who has the ability to work 30 hours per week at our York office location, starting May 18, 2026 to Aug 7, 2026
