Requirements

  • A passion for solving technical problems and a desire to help others.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality.
  • A focus on achieving positive outcomes to technical issues.
  • Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn) Apple and Windows operating systems.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Apps (Google Workspace).
  • An interest in learning modern enterprise software (Slack, Okta, Google, Zoom, O365, etc.).
  • Eagerness to learn about video conferencing technology like Zoom Rooms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in triaging and prioritizing requests for service desk tickets, helping ensure users have clarity into the resolution process.
  • Support the employee lifecycle by helping with onboarding and off-boarding tasks using Okta and other internal tools.
  • Learn to assemble, install, and configure Apple and Windows laptops.
  • Gain experience with asset management by helping maintain accurate records via JAMF and NinjaOne.
  • Help manage employee software access via Okta.
  • Provide support for on-site and remote company meetings.
  • Assist with setting up and managing Google accounts and other various Google products.
  • Shadow and support the day one new hire training for ezCater employees.
  • Learn basic troubleshooting for network connectivity issues in our Cisco Meraki environment.
  • Contribute to various IT projects, potentially including supporting automation software and identifying areas for implementation.
