We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to support employees with everyday technology issues, including computers, phones, mobile devices, and network connections. This role is ideal for someone with approximately 2 years of IT support experience who enjoys helping people, fixing problems, and working hands-on with equipment. The role involves supporting technology in office, warehouse, yard, and outdoor work areas, which may involve exposure to dust, dirt, or weather conditions. The pay for this position is $30 - 33/hr, with expected working hours of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and a rotating Saturday schedule of 7am to 1pm.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience
  • IT certification required (examples include CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications)
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or mobile device management
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Help employees with computer, software, phone, and technology issues
  • Answer IT help desk requests and resolve problems quickly
  • Set up and configure new laptops and desktop computers
  • Install programs and make sure equipment is ready for employees to use
  • Support Microsoft Office and Windows systems
  • Set up and manage mobile devices using Microsoft Intune
  • Create and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
  • Set up email accounts and mailbox access
  • Assist with printers, shared drives, and office technology
  • Support phone systems such as 3CX, Dialpad, or similar VoIP systems
  • Document fixes and follow company IT procedures
  • Promote safe and secure technology use across the company
