As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will: ensure continuity of computer system services for our customers by providing the technical expertise and assistance necessary to resolve all aspects of user end point issues. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check.
• Must possess valid class C driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of computer system services for our customers by providing the technical expertise and assistance necessary to resolve all aspects of user end point issues.
• Clearly communicating solutions in a competent, confident, user-friendly, professional manner.
