About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, and relationship-focused IT Service Delivery Manager to lead strategic technology services and operations for a client in Richmond, VA. This role builds executive and vendor relationships, develops technology roadmaps, conducts business reviews, and drives proactive planning that improves efficiency, security, and long-term business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with stakeholders or clients on IT-related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience developing strategic technology plans, roadmaps, and business recommendations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong consultative, relationship-building, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying, managing, and supporting technology solution opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Ability to balance business objectives, security requirements, technical best practices, and budget considerations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic business reviews with client leadership.
• Develop and manage technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Identify technology and security risks and recommend solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams on solution design, projects, and client strategy.
