About The Position

We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in BI, DWH, and data platforms. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, IT operations, and service delivery management to ensure reliable and high-quality data services. The position involves ownership of service delivery, including SLA management, incident handling, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. You will be part of IT projects for our client - a multinational financial services company operating across several European countries. The client relies on stable, well-governed infrastructure and external service providers to support business-critical systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or IT Operations in BI/DWH or data platforms
  • Experience in management the team not less 5 employees
  • Experience managing enterprise BI/DWH environments including required IT Operation processes
  • Strong technical knowledge of SQL, Azure Databricks, BI/Reporting Tools, ETL processes and integrations
  • Knowledge in applying and managing IT Service Management processes based on ITIL
  • Knowledge of data platforms and lakehouse concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage business stakeholders delivery expectations
  • High level of written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to fast learn of new technologies and processes

Responsibilities

  • Planning, designing, and implementation of BI-DWH IT Services delivery to business users according to best practices, while ensuring high level of services quality and availability.
  • Monitor, control and support IT Services delivery; ensure that systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
  • Establishment and management of reporting related to IT Services.
  • Align BI services with business priorities SLA implementations and fulfillment.
  • Serve as escalation point for IT Services business users and management.
  • Take ownership of related Major Incidents to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and Major Incidents review.
  • Capacity Planning - ensure that future demand from business growth is understood and properly addressed.
  • Management of IT operation teams and involvement in budgeting activities.
  • Drive IT Services continuous improvements.
