About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior SAP Analyst with a background in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with strong knowledge in Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Parallel Valuation functionality. The ideal candidate will have over 5-7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing SAP solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP architecture aligns with business goals and enhances operational efficiency. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our Marlborough, MA, Maple Grove, MN or Spencer IN office at least three days per week. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions for product costing processes, material ledger, and parallel valuation.
  • Strong understanding of product costing principles and methodologies.
  • Good finance background with experience working in business/finance to some extent.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management and the ability to lead multiple project activities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its product costing components is highly preferred.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and S4 systems and their product costing modules.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost management.
  • Familiarity with data integration and data modeling techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP solutions that support finance and controlling processes, with a focus on product costing, material ledger, and parallel valuation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the SAP architecture for FI/CO, product costing, material ledger, and parallel valuation, ensuring integration with other business processes and systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects related to FI/CO, product costing, material ledger, and parallel valuation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the SAP FI/CO area to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP architecture and Finance processes.
