About The Position

Lead advanced IT and operational audits that strength MLH's control environment by evaluating the design and effectiveness of IT controls across complex systems and infrastructure. Through full-scope audit execution - planning, fieldwork, and reporting - ensure compliance with MLH policies and regulatory standards while applying deep knowledge of IT frameworks (COBIT, NIST, HITRUST), security, and enterprise technologies. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, deliver clear and timely insights to leadership, and produce high-quality, standards-based audit reporting that drives risk reduction and operational excellence. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT Auditing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Security, network administration, system development life cycle, disaster recovery/business continuity planning and or/IT Infrastructure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Accounting required
  • CISA required within 24 months of obtaining position

Nice To Haves

  • CPA, CIA, CISSP, CISM, or similar professional certifications preferred.
