About The Position

As the ICT Security Risk & Compliance Lead, you'll collaborate with the ICT Manager to develop and maintain IT controls that meet industry standards and regulatory expectations. You'll take the lead in gathering data and reporting evidence to ensure IT risks are effectively managed, while playing a key role in refining policies, driving security awareness, and supporting audit activities. Requirements

10+ years of experience in information security and ICT risk management with a focus on security, risk and compliance
Strong experience in the development and implementation of an ISO27001 aligned Information Security Management System in a large and geographically dispersed environment, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing security frameworks
Strong experience in the development and delivery of cyber awareness activities
Strong experience in providing security risk advisory to business stakeholders
Strong understanding of key security concepts, coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills to champion cyber security matters to business stakeholders
Current QLD Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

Shape and safeguard Goodstart's ICT security and risk landscape
Work closely with the ICT Manager to provide strategic insights that protect systems, data, and people from cyber threats
Lead the development of security policies and risk controls to ensure compliance with industry standards
Contribute to the success of disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Drive cybersecurity awareness and training programs to empower teams in mitigating risks
Enhance the security, integrity, and continuity of Goodstart's information assets and systems with your expertise
