About The Position

Our client is seeking an IT Security Administrator with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day security administration, user access controls, and identity management across enterprise systems. This role offers the opportunity to drive process improvements and support critical IAM and regulatory initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on IT security administration or identity and access management experience
• ITIL certification (required)
• Proficiency with Sailpoint IIQ and OKTA identity platforms
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory , LDAP , UNIX , and RSA AM VPN/Remote Access solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and practices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for working with internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Perform daily security administration including user account creation, deletion, modification, and password resets across multiple identity platforms
• Process Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) requests, and ensure timely access removal for terminated employees
• Assist the Service Desk with unresolved security and access issues, and escalate concerns to management proactively
• Recommend and implement improvements to simplify and automate security administration processes
• Ensure compliance with Security Administration Standard Operating Procedures and support regulatory, audit, and IAM directives
• Participate in IAM projects and collate statistical data for operational and risk metrics reporting
