About The Position

This is a Junior-level SAP Security Analyst position focused on supporting global SAP security operations, primarily across ECC, GRC, and BW environments. The role is heavily centered on SAP production support, with future opportunities for project work and growth into broader security responsibilities. It is a critical hire to expand global SAP security coverage. The role is highly technical, requiring strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve SAP security issues. The ideal candidate will have SAP production support experience and a desire to deepen their expertise in SAP security. The company is looking for someone with strong technical aptitude who can quickly adapt and ramp up in a fast-paced, always-on environment. A background in SAP or enterprise systems is preferred, even if security experience is still developing. The position offers an opportunity to build a long-term SAP security career and evolve into a specialized technical expert.

Requirements

Ability to read ABAP code
Debugging experience
Scripting experience (VB, CATT/ECATT, etc.)
2–3 years of SAP production support experience (this is very different from project implementation or consulting)
Experience with root cause analysis
Advanced Excel skills (including VBA)
Familiarity with BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits
Experience creating both technical and end-user documentation
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve SAP security issues
Resilience
Ownership mindset
Ability to work with global stakeholders and handle high-pressure situations

Nice To Haves

Computer science or related technical degree
Background in SAP or enterprise systems
