Humina ResourceNew York, NY
$100,000 - $120,000Hybrid

About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on IT Sales Manager to drive new business development and revenue growth in the U.S. market. This position currently focuses on developing new corporate clients for IT staffing and engineering staffing services. The successful candidate will identify prospective clients, understand their technical staffing needs, propose appropriate staffing solutions, and develop long-term business relationships. At the same time, the company plans to expand its business in system development, ERP implementation, system integration, Cloud, infrastructure, and other IT solution areas. The person hired for this position will have the opportunity to help develop these services and introduce them to new and existing clients as the business grows. This is not solely a people-management or high-level strategy position. We are looking for a player-manager who can personally conduct prospecting, build a pipeline, meet with prospective customers, prepare proposals, negotiate business terms, and close new accounts.
