Kwik Trip, Inc.’s I.T. Retail Services Department is seeking a part time individual whose primary responsibility is to answer 2nd / 3rd level technology related support questions accurately and in a timely manner for all Kwik Trip and Kwik Star retail locations. This individual will also assist in upgrading and installing new software, setting up replacement retail related hardware, troubleshooting and analyzing hardware and software issues, troubleshoot retail network equipment (routers, switches, cabling). This individual will also be responsible for logging complete and accurate information in our case tracking program and also create and maintain accurate support documentation for I.T. retail related problems and resolutions and provide this information to the I.T. Retail Services team.
