Acts Housing is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants purposeful work without full-time demands, including interns, retirees, professionals seeking reduced hours, or parents with availability during school hours. Requirements

• 1–3 years of IT support experience or relevant coursework/internship
• Strong Windows & Mac knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic networking
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in office and light technical environments

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support (in person, phone, email)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and core systems
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and equipment setup
• Perform routine updates and maintenance
• Help with IT projects and system improvements
