About The Position

IT Quality Control Analyst Senior Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 740 W Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30308. This role requires associates to be in-office 1–2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm The IT Quality Control Analyst Senior is responsible for ensuring software quality through participation in requirements analysis, design validation, testing processes, and adherence to SDLC standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
  • Three (3) years of experience in a related occupation; experience must include:
  • Three (3) years of experience developing, implementing, and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and metrics aligned with application requirements and design
  • Three (3) years of experience coordinating and executing testing across SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing within SDLC processes
  • Three (3) years of experience identifying, collecting, and evaluating test data and managing test data provisioning
  • Three (3) years of experience creating and executing automation test scripts using tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, DevOps, Bamboo, and Jenkins
  • Three (3) years of experience maintaining Traceability Matrix, Test Data Matrix, and status reports with supporting data
  • Three (3) years of experience identifying, reporting, and reviewing defects to ensure application quality meets business expectations
  • Three (3) years of experience participating in production deployments to support sprint completion and production goals

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to ensure robust requirements, design, development, and validation testing
  • Implement and maintain standards for software quality processes, systems, and procedures to support the SDLC
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including planning, coordination, and prioritization of tasks
  • Lead and coordinate testing initiatives, including defining test scenarios, risks, challenges, and estimates
  • Collaborate with team members to complete SIT, regression, and automation testing assignments to meet production goals
  • Create and manage test artifacts, including test data, test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test cases, execution results, and defect reports in JIRA
  • Develop and review testing deliverables and execute various testing types including Smoke, Sanity, SIT, UAT, Automation, and Regression
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
  • Provide input on testing strategies, risks, and estimates during planning sessions
