This position aims to manage, coordinate, and execute activities for IT systems and infrastructure projects to provide and ensure quality service to our clients. It also involves executing local second-level support activities, acting as a local technical reference, and identifying and solving complex problems associated with IT platforms. We are looking for someone to lead the execution of IT projects related to the installation, integration, and improvement of systems (hardware and software), ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, quality, and coordination with internal areas and clients. The role includes providing second-level technical support for IT solutions, resolving complex incidents, advanced configurations, integrations with host systems, and instrument connection, prioritizing remote resolution. Additionally, it involves managing and executing technical training, maintaining continuous updates in IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with corporate training programs. Effective communication with stakeholders and participation in IT solution design, contributing technical information for proposals, bids, and risk assessments are key. The role also guarantees the continuous operation and support of IT systems through monitoring, preventive maintenance, case management, and documentation, ensuring compliance with SLAs, compliance policies, and corporate regulations.

Requirements

  • University or technical degree in Informatics, Systems, Medical Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the IT area, ideally with knowledge in health systems.
  • Intermediate-advanced English level.
  • Knowledge in handling hazardous substances.

Responsibilities
