This role involves formulating, organizing, and coordinating interconnected projects across multiple departments and geographies. The manager will leverage or build expertise in IT applications like ERP, SaaS, enterprise platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and RPA, relevant to client environments. A functional understanding of business processes, particularly in Supply Chain domains (procurement, planning, logistics, manufacturing, sales & distribution, finance, retail, eCommerce), is strongly preferred. The position leads Project/Program Management for large-scale corporate IT programs and enterprise implementations, including supply chain and procurement product implementations. Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of planning, resource management, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, and project reporting. The manager will identify and drive improvement and efficiency opportunities, implement project reviews and quality assurance, and act as the primary liaison between senior business stakeholders and technology teams. Establishing and running large initiatives through structured governance frameworks, defining project objectives, scope, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans, and developing high-level and detailed project plans are also crucial. Proactive communication with clients, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery, performing risk assessments, managing escalations, and measuring/communicating project performance are also part of the role.
