About The Position

Manages complex ERP deployments with frequent travel to implementation sites to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization. Leverages deep ERP expertise and project management best practices to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while taking initiative, driving decisions, and addressing challenges during on-site implementations. Facilitates organizational change for user adoption, including on-site training and support. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Uses advanced techniques, theories, and processes to complete work. Leads others to solve complex problems. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. May lead functional teams or projects. Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Manages technical and non-technical aspects of the project.
  • Plans, schedules, and ensures timely completion of the project.
  • Assembles IT project teams and manages resource allocation and day-to-day operations of the project.
  • Serves as liaison between team members and management team regarding IT projects.
  • Incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of information technology.
