About The Position
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support agency IT projects from planning through completion.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required.
- PMP certification or traditional IT project management methodology certification required.
- Experience with project planning, reporting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder coordination.
Nice To Haves
- 4+ years of IT-related project management experience preferred.
- Experience with MS Project and SharePoint is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and planning documents.
- Support PMO project portfolio management and reporting.
- Use tools such as MS Project and SharePoint for project tracking and collaboration.
- Ensure projects follow organizational IT policies, standards, and methodologies.
- Support project closeout and lessons-learned activities.
