The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering IT projects that support business objectives and strategic initiatives. This role manages projects of moderate to high complexity, coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in alignment with quality expectations. The IT Project Manager develops and maintains project plans, manages scope, schedule, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements, while providing regular status reporting and executive communication. The role facilitates decision-making, drives accountability across project teams, ensures adherence to IT PMO governance processes and standards, and supports portfolio visibility through accurate project data, financial tracking, and reporting. The IT Project Manager works independently with limited supervision, escalates risks and issues appropriately, and contributes to continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and methodologies. This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience managing both Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches in a complex enterprise environment.
