About The Position

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects for healthcare organizations. The individual will act as a key liaison between the client and Optum Connect, ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery of projects within the healthcare domain. ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment
Excellent communication skills, including prior experience working with onshore healthcare clients
Proficiency in ServiceNow, MS Office and familiarity with MS Project or similar project management tools
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC processes
Solid orientation toward customer service and teamwork

Nice To Haves

PMP or equivalent certification
Prior working experience with ServiceNow for project tracking and management
Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Solid team-oriented skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end projects for the client’s clinical and non-clinical projects
Identifying and defining business, functional and interface requirements
Defining project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational goals
Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Collaborating with clinical, administrative and IT teams to gather requirements
Providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Maintaining documentation for audits and compliance
Facilitating meetings and ensuring transparency in progress tracking
