About The Position

The Information Technology (IT) Project Manager (PM) leads the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT and business application projects to ensure alignment with Badger’s strategic and operational objectives. This role provides hands on project leadership while driving disciplined execution, stakeholder alignment, change adoption, and continuous improvement of project delivery practices. The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of business and/or IT experience; 5+ years in project management roles.
• PMP certification required.
• This role requires being on-site daily and occasional travel to support operations across the US and Canada.
• Experience delivering enterprise or cloud based application initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-augmented work practices and willingness to adopt modern productivity tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Agile, ScrumAlliance, SAFe, or comparable certifications preferred.

Responsibilities
