About The Position

Trissential is hiring an IT Project Manager to join their client’s team and lead a high-visibility enterprise initiative focused on forecasting, procurement, and delivery. This role is ideal for a hands-on PM who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and owning delivery from planning through execution. The role offers high-impact ownership, cross-functional collaboration with IT teams, vendors, and business end users, and a focus on process and delivery. It is a full-time role during regular corporate hours with no overtime required, providing an opportunity to strengthen your portfolio with large-scale project management initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on IT Project Management experience
Strong understanding of core project management methodologies and PMO processes
Proven experience with financial tracking, forecasting, and budget management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Vendor management experience within enterprise IT environments
Exposure to large, matrixed organizations with multiple IT teams
Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar)

Responsibilities

Hands on Project Management for the experience
Manage and maintain all PMO documentation, processes, and reporting standards
Develop and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive-level communications
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve issues
Ensure financial tracking, forecasting accuracy, and vendor performance management
