About The Position

The contractor will be responsible for managing IT projects with a focus on the E-rate program. This includes understanding E-rate laws and regulations, conducting site assessments, working with library system directors to identify needs, and filing for discounts in the USAC portal. The role requires knowledge of technology infrastructure, end-user devices, and handling Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) reviews. The contractor will also need to be familiar with Mississippi procurement laws, contract administration, strategic planning, and working with public libraries and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in E-rate.
• Knowledge of state of MS procurement laws.
• Experience in contract administration.
• Experience in strategic planning.
• Experience working with public libraries and library stakeholders.
• Windows 10 (Advanced)

Responsibilities

• Perform and/or review site assessments.

• Handle frequent Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) reviews seeking clarification or additional information received from USAC to overcome obstacles to funding.
