About The Position

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met, and optimizing project deliverables, schedules, and timelines to reduce risks. This role involves delegating tasks to project team members, monitoring their progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. The Project Manager will also communicate project status to stakeholders, align projects with business priorities, and standardize project management tools and templates. Additionally, this role requires working with proposal teams to develop timeline estimates and project plans for new clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, project management
  • 8 + years of PM experience as SaaS based Project Manager
  • Must have PMP or scrum certifications
  • Minimum 4 full life-cycle implementation projects
  • Able to work on 3-4 projects concurrently
  • Must have outstanding presentation skills
  • Demonstrate Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools as well as other tools such as Jira and MPP.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Delegate tasks to the right product/functional leads as needed.
  • Take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of project team with the best possible strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays including divide/concur strategies.
  • Identify gaps in client project management model and help create an integrated project plan with key activities/deadlines identified to create transparency.
  • Ensure milestones are met on time.
  • Assign tasks to the right team members, check on their progress, and ensure that each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Keep the project team focused on the end goal and communicate changes/impacts.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders (internal Sodales and external client) and key project participants such as 3rd party vendors along with critical path items.
  • Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and timeline to reduce risks.
  • Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities of Sodales including internal projects.
  • Standardize tools and template for project management.
  • Work with proposal teams to develop timeline estimates and project plans for new clients.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team leadership skills by building relationships internally and externally.
