TriTech Enterprise Systems is seeking a 'Project Manager' to support the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE). MHBE is an independent unit of state government that provides accessible, affordable health coverage to Marylanders. MHBE administers Maryland Health Connection (MHC), the state’s health insurance marketplace. Through MHC, Maryland residents explore health insurance plans, compare rates, and determine their eligibility for advanced premium tax credits (APTC), cost-sharing reductions (CSR), and public assistance programs such as Medicaid and the Maryland Children’s Health Insurance Program (MCHP). MHBE is establishing a Medicaid eligibility outcomes pilot team, a human-centered, outcome-focused, cross-functional team chartered to drive measurable improvements in Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and renewal outcomes for Maryland beneficiaries. The team's goals include reducing procedural terminations, increasing ex parte renewal rates, reducing administrative burden on eligibility workers, and improving overall service delivery for the Marylanders who depend on Medicaid coverage. MHBE seeks one (1) Project Manager resource to serve as the Senior Product Manager on this Medicaid eligibility outcomes team. The Senior Product Manager will work directly with policymakers, eligibility staff, IT professionals, program administrators, and beneficiaries to ensure that technology decisions, system improvements, and policy implementations align with user needs and operational realities. The role serves as both senior domain expert and cross-functional team lead, owning product vision and KPIs, driving prioritization grounded in research and data, partnering with engineers and designers to deliver implementation-ready features, and building organizational capacity for modern product practices that outlast the engagement.
