Requirements

  • Experience in a dedicated IT Project Manager role.
  • Expertise in project scaling methodologies.
  • Experience with project management delivery concepts and application.
  • Experience with risk mitigation techniques and managing quality control.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing at scale and leading teams to realize results in a scaling environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence.
  • Advanced knowledge of software development practices and overall software development lifecycle.
  • Experience leading teams through organizational change management.
  • Expertise in procuring meaningful metrics and interpreting for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills at both team and organizational levels.
