About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, divestitures, and digital transformation initiatives across global business operations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex ERP programs, preferably involving SAP, Epicor (Kinetic), and/or Syteline (Infor CSI), while coordinating cross-functional business and IT teams through all phases of the project lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, executive communication skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to deliver large-scale technology programs within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • 7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
  • Experience managing projects exceeding $1MM.
  • Proven success delivering global ERP programs.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams of 25–100+ members.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Clarity, or similar project management tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience with one or more of: SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Epicor ERP / Kinetic, Infor Syteline (CSI).
  • Knowledge of: ERP integrations, APIs, Middleware, ETL/Data migration, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, SQL Server, Oracle Database, Manufacturing systems, MES, PLM, CRM, Business Intelligence, Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation programs.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across business units and geographic regions.
  • Establish project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
  • Drive issue resolution and decision-making with senior leadership.
  • Lead projects involving: SAP (ECC, S/4HANA preferred), Epicor ERP / Kinetic, Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP upgrades and migrations, Greenfield implementations, Brownfield migrations, Multi-site rollouts, Legacy ERP consolidations.
  • Coordinate: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, Customer Service, Warehouse Management, Reporting & Analytics.
  • Lead ERP activities supporting: Business acquisitions, Business carve-outs, Divestitures, TSA (Transition Service Agreement) execution, Day 1 readiness, ERP separation planning, Data migration, Master data governance, Business cutovers, Hypercare support.
  • Partner with business leaders to: Analyze current-state processes, Design future-state business processes, Identify automation opportunities, Improve operational efficiency, Standardize global ERP processes, Reduce technical debt.
  • Manage relationships with: System Integrators, ERP implementation partners, Software vendors, Infrastructure providers, Managed service providers.
  • Responsibilities include: Statement of Work (SOW) development, Budget management, Vendor performance, Deliverable acceptance, Risk management, Contract oversight.
  • Develop and maintain: Executive dashboards, RAID logs, Financial forecasts, Resource plans, Milestone reporting, Steering Committee presentations, Portfolio reporting, PMO governance documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to: Data migration, Integration, Security, Infrastructure readiness, Organizational change, Business continuity, Cutover planning, Production readiness.
  • Collaborate with: Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Legal, Compliance, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Business Process Owners.
