The Information Technology (IT) Project Manager is responsible for the formal management of software development, mobile, web, and technical upgrade projects, as required to meet the growing needs of NTTA’s Information Technology Department. This is accomplished by leading cross-functional teams, working closely with vendor project managers, customers, and management, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT Projects, while ensuring quality is maintained, requirements are met, and scope is maintained. Under the direction of the IT Program Manager, the IT Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, including but not limited to, creating detailed work plans, tracking projects against established schedules and budgets, progress reporting, risk and issue management, and resource planning. The IT Project Manager may also be responsible for overseeing projects delivered by vendors, and to track and review their deliverables. The IT Project Manager will ensure projects under their direction adhere to the change management and security policies of the IT Department, and to Payment Card Industry/Data Security Standard (PCI/DSS) standards.
