About The Position
SAIC is hiring for an Enterprise Project Manager (PM) to join a Program Management Office (PMO) team supporting a major state & local government customer. The PM has primary responsibility for managing projects and will be responsible for establishing and defining project plan requirements, developing schedules and budgets to meet contractual/project requirements, monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met, reporting on program level schedule & quality adherence to agreed upon standards, identifying and resolving project risks and issues; developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives, maintaining compliance with Commonwealth of Virginia standard policies, procedures, standards, and using and applying industry best practices, techniques, and standards in project management.

- Project management experience
- Experience establishing and defining project plan requirements
- Experience developing schedules and budgets
- Experience monitoring and reporting performance against plans
- Experience identifying and resolving project risks and issues
- Experience maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and standards
