About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three years of project management experience or experience in a related field required.
• Minimum of three years managing complex cross-functional projects required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products required.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, MURAL, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to successfully lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project documentation, change management activities, and project closeout processes, including lessons learned.
• Coordinate resources across departments and manage external vendors or subcontractors as needed.
