About The Position

The IT Project Manager leads and manages technology projects that support strategic business objectives. The role partners with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. Success includes delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget; maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and proactive communication; managing risks, priorities, and competing demands effectively; and continuously improving project delivery processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management, business management, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and business processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or other project management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability for project outcomes.
• Monitor project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget performance.
• Communicate project progress and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
• Facilitate project governance, risk mitigation, and change management processes.
• Lead project retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Influence and guide project teams without direct supervisory authority.
