The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) is seeking an IT Project Manager III in the Deputy Secretary’s Office/Information Technology. The IT Project Manager serves as a key technology partner responsible for aligning business priorities, policy objectives, and operational needs with technology solutions that support the Division of Housing Stabilization (DHS). This role acts as a primary liaison between program stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that systems supporting HLC programs and related initiatives are effective, scalable, and responsive to evolving business requirements. The IT Project Manager is responsible for gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, coordinating project activities, and translating program and policy needs into actionable project plans and technology solutions. Working collaboratively with internal teams, the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS), and external vendors, this position helps ensure the successful delivery of technology projects and system enhancements. The IT Project Manager supports project planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operational improvements while monitoring project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. This role also participates in and contributes to other IT initiatives and projects within HLC’s Information Technology Unit.
