About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry to lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects. This role will focus on projects related to benefits, claims, and membership domains, involving large-scale system implementations with an emphasis on data integration and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely project completion, manage scope, timelines, and resources, and track risks and dependencies. Responsibilities also include driving requirements gathering, solution design, and project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and healthcare regulatory compliance. The role requires monitoring project progress, providing status updates, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes in a remote work environment.

Requirements

• Strong healthcare domain experience (Benefits, Claims, Membership)
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT system implementations
• Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and data-centric project delivery
• Experience working with healthcare platforms like QNXT (preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment
