About The Position

Flagler Technologies Professional Services is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex enterprise infrastructure projects across multiple workstreams, locations, technical teams, vendors, and subcontractors. The role owns a portfolio of concurrent projects from kickoff and planning through execution, customer acceptance, and formal closeout, and serves as the primary project-facing contact for enterprise customers. The Project Manager develops and maintains plans, milestones, dependencies, schedules, budgets, risk and issue registers, and status reports from statements of work. The role coordinates technical engineers, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, equipment, site activities, documentation, and approvals; leads customer and internal meetings; communicates project progress and changes; and manages procurement against approved Bills of Materials. It also oversees infrastructure implementation activities such as rack-and-stack deployments and structured cabling, monitors subcontractor performance and site readiness, manages scope and change control, and coordinates implementation handoffs and financial and administrative closeout. The position partners with Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Managed Services, Finance, and customer teams. It uses Smartsheet, ConnectWise, and SharePoint for project planning, records, scheduling, time tracking, documentation, and collaboration. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States, with travel to customer and project sites as required, potentially for multi-site or geographically distributed deployments.
