About The Position

The IT Project Manager will lead enterprise technology initiatives with a strong emphasis on IT projects across the Infrastructure, Application Services, and Data & Analytics portfolios, leveraging industry delivery models. This role will drive Agile project execution, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks
  • Experience managing Data & Analytics projects
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Business analysis experience

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience (HIPAA/compliance)
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or cloud data platforms
  • PMP or Agile certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for IT, Data & Analytics, and DevOps initiatives
  • Manage the implementation, configuration, and rollout of Electronic Health Record (EHR) system alongside complex third-party vendor integrations.
  • Coordinate technical data integration lifecycles (such as HL7/FHIR interface streams) across cross-functional engineering and clinical teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Manage project timelines, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies using Agile methodologies
  • Maintain Jira boards, epics, user stories, and sprint tracking
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with business priorities
  • Oversee a portfolio of data and analytics initiatives
  • Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver analytics capabilities
  • Track progress, dependencies, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and release management
  • Coordinate deployments, environment readiness, and change management processes
  • Ensure alignment between development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dashboard/report developers, data engineers, and analysts
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables
  • Provide regular status reporting and executive updates
  • Elicit and document business and functional requirements
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
