Summary of Position: As IT Project Manager, you'll help plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects that support Accounting, Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and other business teams across ExplorUS. You'll work closely with business leaders, IT, vendors, and support teams to keep projects on track, communicate progress, manage risks, and ensure successful implementations. This role supports projects from planning through testing, go-live, training, and post-launch support. We're looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, and eager to build their project management skills in a business systems environment. Experience with our specific platforms isn't required, we value candidates who can learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Current business systems include NetSuite, Stampli, Paycor, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Working knowledge of finance, accounting, HR, procurement, or other business operations.
  • Familiarity with project management fundamentals, including planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support project meetings, implementations, training, and go-live activities.

  • Experience working with ERP, HRIS, payroll, finance, procurement, reporting, or other enterprise applications is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Stampli, Paycor, UKG, Workday, Microsoft 365, Snowflake, or similar systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technology projects from planning through implementation and post-launch support.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and status reports.
  • Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
  • Partner with business teams, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects moving.
  • Support projects involving ERP, HRIS, payroll, procurement, reporting, workflow, and other business systems.
  • Coordinate testing, data migration, training, user acceptance, and go-live activities.
  • Assist with issue tracking, documentation, and transition to ongoing support.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve business processes and system adoption.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Document business requirements, meeting notes, decisions, and project updates.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Help resolve questions, clarify priorities, and keep teams aligned.
  • Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions.
  • Contribute to project templates, documentation, and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned
