As an IT Project Manager, you will work as an integral part of our team for a big foreign client. You will be fully responsible for assigned initiatives, setting the direction for the project team, actively managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining close communication with external clients.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience with end to end project delivery
Experience with Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes and IT projects and solutions
Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Excellent command of English (min.C1) and Polish
Experience in working with data , data visualization
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to take charge, make independent decisions, and confidently steer the project
Ability to successfully handle unfamiliar or first-time project types through strong problem-solving and adaptability
Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities

Taking full ownership of small–medium projects and driving them end-to-end.
Managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and project team.
Planning and coordinating work across IT, business, and analytics teams; tracking progress and reporting status.
Collaborating with global stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Leading meetings, presenting updates, and proactively escalating risks and changes when needed.
