About The Position

This Associate will manage non-Application IT Projects across the full lifecycle. The role involves managing projects such as data center, network, server, cloud, and platform upgrades, ensuring timely completion, effective communication, risk management, and quality control, all while adhering to the bank's IT project management policies and governance requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field required.
Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience.
Demonstrate solid understanding of IT infrastructure domains including: Servers, Network, Cloud platforms.
Ability to understand both technical and business requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT teams.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage non-application IT projects (e.g., data center, network, server, cloud, platform upgrades) throughout the full project lifecycle
Coordinate with engineering teams on solution design, environment setup, and deployment
Capture lessons learned and support PMO
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of project tasks and milestones
Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders
Organize project meetings, working groups, and steering committee meetings and report the project status
Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation and resolution measures
Escalate significant project risks and issues to relevant parties when necessary
Conduct project change management
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality requirements before go-live
Ensure project execution complies with the bank’s IT project management policies, procedures, and governance requirements
