The successful IT Project Coordinator III will lead the design of Mercy Housing offices and properties’ cabling and setup. Accountable for technology-related asset management of hardware, software, and services. Work with property staff to document currently installed technology, determine and install any new technology needs, and staff training. Manage and anticipate property technology needs. Provide administrative, planning, technical, and training support. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Pay: $74,656-75,314 annually, dependent on experience.
