About The Position

We are seeking an IT Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee multiple, cross-functional technology programs from conception through execution. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring that our engineering and IT solutions align with organizational goals. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to drive results across complex programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, and/or Business
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT program or project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary technology initiatives
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure management, and system integration
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Access (TS/SCI)

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of large-scale IT and engineering programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards
  • Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects
  • Partner with technical leads, software developers, and systems engineers to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges throughout the program lifecycle
  • Communicate program progress, challenges, and milestones to executive stakeholders and technical teams
  • Drive process improvement and promote best practices in program management, agile delivery, and IT governance
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for cybersecurity, data integrity, and operational excellence
