IT Program Manager (Active TS/SCI Required)

About The Position

We are seeking an IT Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee multiple, cross-functional technology programs from conception through execution. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring that our engineering and IT solutions align with organizational goals. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to drive results across complex programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, and/or Business
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT program or project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary technology initiatives
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure management, and system integration
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Access (TS/SCI)

Nice To Haves

PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of large-scale IT and engineering programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards
Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects
Partner with technical leads, software developers, and systems engineers to deliver high-impact solutions
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges throughout the program lifecycle
Communicate program progress, challenges, and milestones to executive stakeholders and technical teams
Drive process improvement and promote best practices in program management, agile delivery, and IT governance
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for cybersecurity, data integrity, and operational excellence
