IT Program Manager
About The Position

Nightwing is seeking an IT Project Manager to support managing and deploying operational systems in support of a wide range of operational needs. The candidate will be part of team that supports the evolution of systems and initiatives. The candidate will analyze Sponsor business functions and recommend/implement improvements for Sponsor consideration.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working as a Program Manager for multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and communication skills to interface with customers and staff management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Day 1

- Experience reviewing, maintaining and improving internal customer business functions.
- Engage across the customer’s various mission areas to identify functional gaps, identify solutions, plan out solutions, coordinate changes
Responsibilities

- Coordinate briefings for management and partners and facilitates meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to operational taskings and actions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate across teams driving toward strategic program objectives.
