Leidos is seeking talented IT professionals with prior experience supporting the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Infrastructure Support Services 2 (ISS2) contract . As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and advancing the technology infrastructure that enables the SEC's mission to protect investors, maintain fair and orderly markets, and facilitate capital formation. The SEC ISS2 contract encompasses full-spectrum IT infrastructure operations across the agency's Washington, DC headquarters and regional offices nationwide. Our team delivers enterprise-class services including customer support, endpoint management, network operations, server and storage infrastructure, identity and access management, cloud services, audiovisual collaboration systems, and cybersecurity operations. IMPORTANT NOTE – EVERGREEN (PIPELINE) POSTING This is an evergreen (pipeline) posting and is not tied to a specific, immediate opening. We are building a pool of qualified candidates for upcoming positions under the ISS2 contract. As funded roles are finalized and posted, candidates from this pipeline may be contacted and considered for positions aligned to their background. SKILL AREAS / JOB FAMILIES CUSTOMER SERVICE & IT SUPPORT Our customer service team provides front-line technical support to SEC employees through help desk, desktop support, service desk management, adaptive technology, and knowledge management. NETWORK & TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING Our network engineering team designs, implements, and maintains enterprise network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, wireless systems, VoIP, Cisco ISE, and network security. ENTERPRISE OPERATIONS CENTER Our 24x7 Enterprise Operations Center provides monitoring, incident response, and system health management. SERVER, STORAGE & DATA CENTER INFRASTRUCTURE This team manages data center operations, storage systems, server platforms, and virtualization. MICROSOFT 365, CLOUD & COLLABORATION Our cloud team supports Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. ENDPOINT MANAGEMENT & SOFTWARE DELIVERY This team manages device lifecycle, application deployment, and endpoint tools. IDENTITY, ACCESS & CYBERSECURITY Our security team supports identity governance, access control, and compliance. ENDPOINT PROTECTION & COMPLIANCE Focused on endpoint security, EDR, and disaster recovery. AUDIOVISUAL & MEDIA SERVICES Supports AV systems, VTC platforms, and video production. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS OPERATIONS Includes project management, business analysis, QA/testing, and documentation.
