Requirements

Must understand PC and MAC, OT networks, and M365 office suite items.
Deep professional know-how and experience in one Sub Job Family.
Masters domain.
Transfers and applies know-how to / in various contexts.
Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.

Responsibilities

Supports all End User Compute, Networking patching, smart hands, Audio visual / conference room / MTR assistance.
Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines and standards.
Supports customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes.
Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
Executes and/or organizes relevant testings.
Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes.
Develops necessary service levels in order to fulfill business requirements.
Performs 2nd-level user help desk activities, individual coaching and trainings.
Integrates analysis, development, testing and implementation.
Interprets and functionally influences policy and guidelines in their area of business / technology, and develops processes and systems to deliver functional objectives.
Plans own work according to targets agreed, within a quarterly up to an annual cycle, by integrating resources in a project driven environment.
Provides functional advice and guidance to colleagues and customers.
Improves existing processes and approaches.
