About The Position

RIBATIS, an operator of digital transformation in the eGOV domain, is seeking to recruit an IT PRODUCT OWNER. This role involves aggregating market insights from sales, marketing, and technical departments to optimize market understanding. The Product Owner will organize and lead focus groups with key users and sponsors to identify and plan improvements and new features. They will anticipate current and potential client needs regarding product technologies and functionalities, define a market-demand-driven product or service offering, and create precise requirement specifications, ensuring accurate translation into functional specifications with design teams. The role includes updating and monitoring the product development roadmap with functional and technical teams, validating that developed features align with initial requirements, and tracking development progress against commercial launch deadlines and time-to-market objectives. The Product Owner will also design sales support materials for sales and communication teams, conduct internal communication for product presentations (training sales teams, presenting to strategic departments), and analyze and optimize products/services based on company constraints (HR, costs, profitability, image) and market demand. They will continuously adapt the offering to market evolution and opportunities, establish a business plan analyzing product positioning and profitability, periodically update the product roadmap, and define the workload plan and resource mobilization schedule for sprints. The role also involves participating in sprint ceremonies, coordinating UX definition actions for features, and reviewing functional deliverables from the design team.

Requirements

  • BAC+5 in IT or Marketing.
  • At least one proven year in an equivalent position.

  • Dual training is highly appreciated, ideally an engineering degree in IT coupled with a marketing degree.

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate all information from sales, marketing, and technical departments to optimize market knowledge.

  • Ensure internal communication actions to present products (training sales teams, presentations to strategic departments, etc.).
  • Analyze and optimize the product or service based on company constraints (human resources, costs, profitability, company image) and market demand.
  • Continuously adapt the offering to market evolution and opportunities.
  • Implement a business plan studying the product's positioning and profitability.
  • Establish and periodically update the product roadmap.
  • Establish the workload plan for actions and the resource mobilization schedule (functional, technical, and transversal) for sprint realization.
  • Participate in sprint-related ceremonies.
  • Participate in and coordinate UX definition actions for features to be produced.
