About The Position

This is an entry-level role supporting the coordination and delivery of livestream events. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about bringing compelling live experiences to our audiences. Someone eager to learn, who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a supportive team, and who demonstrates compassion, character, and competence in all that they do in this role. We are looking for a self-starter who is excited to learn the live event lifecycle from the ground up. In this role, you'll support as a primary point of contact for the broadcast, software, and business groups who put on our events. You'll help gather requirements, maintain schedules, coordinate logistics for rehearsals and technical dry runs, track action items so nothing falls through the cracks, and provide real-time support on show day. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn the platforms and tooling we use through documentation, hands-on practice, and general self-discovery—building an understanding of not just the event goals of the business, but also the broadcast and streaming technology behind them.

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency with scheduling, documentation, and status reporting (e.g., spreadsheets, docs, or project-tracking tools).
  • Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience communicating with clients, colleagues, and/or stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Genuine interest in live events and broadcast, with eagerness to learn the underlying streaming and production technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Strong ability to follow up on details with technical and non-technical audiences.
