About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to participate in the selection and implementation of IT supplier sourcing strategies, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery, and cost competitiveness. This role involves managing purchase orders, analyzing supplier proposals, and ensuring legal compliance while acting as a key liaison for IT vendor performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also acceptable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, procurement, finance, or related functions.
Intermediate professional level in managing multiple projects and technical environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and vendor management capabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in complex project scenarios.

Responsibilities

Participate in the development and implementation of IT supplier sourcing strategies.
Collect and execute purchase orders in alignment with corporate policies.
Solicit, receive, and analyze proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Recommend supplier selection based on analysis and compliance criteria.
Track purchase orders and reconcile invoices for payment processing.
Act as a point of contact for IT vendor performance regarding delivery, quality, and problem resolution.
Coordinate with Asset Management to ensure effective inventory management.
Work on multiple projects, occasionally leading small to large-scale initiatives.
Coach and mentor junior staff as needed.
