The IT Procurement & ERP Support Analyst is a member of the Global IT team responsible for supporting the procurement and lifecycle management of IT hardware, software, and services. This role focuses on purchasing execution, software licensing and renewals, vendor coordination, budgeting support, and accurate IT asset tracking and inventory management. In addition, the analyst provides functional support for the organization’s ERP system, assisting end users with purchasing, inventory, asset, and financial transactions, and helping troubleshoot ERP‑related issues. This position works closely with IT, Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and consistent system usage across the organization.
