About The Position

Falls Technology is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support the design, development, integration, and maintenance of enterprise web applications for a high-profile customer in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong analytical and project management skills who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive team performance using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Demonstrated success working in collaborative, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for process development and documentation
  • Prior experience supporting IT software development projects
  • Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles
  • Proven ability to work well within cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in PM software such as Microsoft Project and Visio
  • Familiarity with project management techniques, PM frameworks, and Agile SDLC practices
  • Comfortable interfacing with senior-level stakeholders
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Current PMP Certification

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate program management activities, including meeting scheduling and preparation of briefings and presentations
  • Support the Program Manager with resource planning, leveling, and analysis
  • Supervise team members within the agile team structure and manage performance
  • Document Agile Project Plans (MVIs, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) with impact analysis and level of effort in the enterprise requirements management tool
  • Oversee agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and more
  • Proactively remove roadblocks for the development team
  • Create and maintain project reporting using the enterprise requirements management system
  • Manage project schedules, take meeting notes, and track action items to completion
  • Assist in preparing management plans and reports
  • Support the collection and publication of data for plans, policies, and reports
  • Provide technical writing and editing support across documents and deliverables
  • Compose technical documentation, including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, and reports
